Honda’s Week of Service returns this month, with Honda dealerships participating in community service projects from coast to coast. At Honda North, we’ll take this opportunity to give back to women veterans, and we invite you to support the cause with donations. Take a look at what we’re doing for this year’s Week of Service.

Honda’s Week of Service

Each year, Honda encourages their dealerships across North America to give back to their communities, and the annual Week of Service inspires thousands of volunteers to help those around them. The event is scheduled to coincide with Honda’s Founder’s Day in North America, which commemorates the day the manufacturer first established their business stateside. Across the country, dealerships engage with their neighbors to raise thousands of dollars for nonprofit organizations, collect food and essentials for those in need, and provide other much-needed support.

Robin’s Home

From June 7 through 18, our team at Honda North will be working to support Robin’s Home in Butler. This local nonprofit provides resources and care for homeless, low-income, and unstably-housed women veterans and their children. In addition to providing housing, workforce development, case management, and other essential services, Robin’s Home supplies women veterans with necessary food and other items, and they accept donations to meet the rising need here in Pennsylvania.
