We are here to help you decorate for Halloween with affordable DIY decorations that only take a few minutes. Take a look and see what you can create this year with just a few dollars and a few minutes.
Creepy Mirror
Every haunted house needs a creepy mirror. All you will need for this craft is a mirror, a newspaper, and a matte finish spray paint. Simply cut out letters from the newspaper and spray the matte finish and you will have the spookiest mirror on the block. This couldn’t be simpler and it will turn out amazing.
Monster Mash-Up Pumpkins
If you have a gourd overload and you aren’t sure what to do with them, find some aluminum wire, hot glue, paint, and sticks. Turn the wire into spirals and glue them for eyes on a smaller gourd, on the larger one you can add black horizontal painted stripes and use skewers to attach the two together. Use sticks as the arms. They will be the spookiest little creatures and only for a few bucks.
Monster Eye Lights
This is as simple as it sounds. If you have trees in your yard and you’re looking to add some spooky decorations, monster eye lights will get the job done. Take your monster lights and weave them in and out of the trees. These will give anyone a fright.
Mailbox Goblin
Give the mailman a scare this year when you turn your mailbox into a goblin. Collect some flowers, foam eyes, and of course foam paper to create a red mouth and white teeth. Your neighbors and mailman will be impressed with your spooky crafting skills.
